Guide Board
Serving as a wheel guide, it is firmly affixed to the platform hatches.
Connecting Rod
The machine utilizes the guiding device to operate the platform hatches, enabling them to open and close as needed.
Platform Hatches
To prevent the falling of people and objects, it is installed on the edge of the platform skirting via a hinge, allowing it to be opened and closed as required. This component can either utilize an existing on-site hatch or be custom-created based on the actual situation.
Button on the Platform (Manual Option)
It is installed on top of the platform. With personnel manual climbing, we can control the opening and closing of the hatches by triggering the device.
Button under the Platform (Manual Option)
It is installed on bottom of the platform. With personnel manual climbing, we can control the opening and closing of the hatches by triggering the device.
Drive Unit
Installed on the hinge side of the platform hatches, it is the main power source of the Auto Hatch Opener.
Upper Sensor
Installed on the top of the platform in conjunction with the Climb Auto System, the platform hatches are designed to automatically open or close upon triggering the system.
Lower Sensor
Mounted atop the platform in tandem with the Climb Auto System, the platform hatches are programmed to open or close autonomously upon activation of the system.
